    Sun shines on Media Day

    The sun was shining at The Brightside Ground, Bristol, as the local media descended on Gloucestershire Cricket for the annual media day on Thursday morning.

    The day was an opportunity for the press from Bristol and Gloucestershire to meet the team and also get a glimpse of the new playing kits for the season ahead.

    Media Day is always an exciting time of the year for everyone involved at Gloucestershire Cricket and is a signal that the season is a matter of days away.

    Our Royal London One-Day Cup and Specsavers County Championship shirts were unveiled for the first time.

    Gloucestershire's season begins on Friday 13th April with a trip to Canterbury to face Kent.

    It was also a chance for press to meet our latest recruit, Dan Worrall who had just joined up with the squad. Worrall will be with us until the 2nd July and will play in the Specsavers County Championship & Royal London One-Day Cup. 

    Our Vitality Blast shirt will be unveiled soon, make sure you keep an eye out on our website for the new strip!

    You can watch Worrall and the rest of the Gloucestershire squad in action at the Brightside Ground, Bristol on 20th April when we take on local rivals Glamorgan.
