Q: Do Members need to notify the Club in advance of the matches they wish to attend?

A: No. Members can simply turn up to matches included in their Membership Tyoe without needing to pre-book. Access for members is via Membership card.

Q: How do I book my free guest tickets?

A: All Members can take advantage of two free Metro Bank One Day tickets. In addition, all except One Day members can claim four free County Championship tickets. To minimize any delays on the gate, we recommend guest tickets are booked in advance either via the ticketing pages on our website or over the phone. Tickets will then be e-mailed to the Member within two weeks of the match date. Otherwise, guest tickets can be arranged at the gate on the day.

Q: When is the Club Shop open?

A: The Club Shop is open at the Seat Unique Stadium and Towergate Cheltenham Cricket Festival on all first team match days. Otherwise, you can browse our range and purchase items 24 hours per day via the 'Shop' link on our website. Click 'Shop' from the menu of this web page.

Q: As a Gloucestershire Member, am I able to visit any other counties?

A: Reciprocal arrangements with other counties are confirmed ahead of each season. These arrangements allow Gloucestershire Members (except One Day members) free admission to home County Championship matches of the respective county, except if Gloucestershire are the opponents.

The list of reciprocal arranagements for 2024 is currently being finalised and will be published here in due course.

Q: Are some areas of the ground reserved for members?

A: For Gloucestershire and Western Storm matches at both the Seat Unique Stadium and Towergate Cheltenham Cricket Festival, we allocate 'Members only' facilities wherever possible. Subject to confirmation ahead of each match and subject to availability. At the Seat Unique Stadium Members have use of The Grace Room, The Jessop Room, The Korev Terrace and The Hammond Roof on County Championship and One Day Cup match days.

Q: Is there parking available at Gloucestershire Cricket?

A: Parking within the Seat Unique Stadium and/or the car park at The Ashley Down Road end (arrangements to be confirmed ahead of each match) is only available for existing annual permit holders and Blue Badge holders who are able to park free of charge. All spectators without an annual permit or a Blue Badge should travel to the Seat Unique Stadium by public transport whenever possible. Parking at the Towergate Cheltenham Cricket Festival can be booked in advance via a festival car park pass. Otherwise parking can be paid for on a day-by-day basis.

Q: I prefer to speak to someone rather than use the website or send e-mails. Does everything have to be done online?

A: Whilst the majority of our Memberships and tickets are now sold via the website, we are very pleased to be able to deal with enquiries over the telephone or in person at the Seat Unique Stadium. Our opening hours over the off-season are Monday-Thursday 9:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am - 3pm.
