The Gloucestershire Cricket Trust focuses on supporting individuals and projects which expand and diversify the reach of cricket within the county of Gloucestershire.

Sitting at the heart of Gloucestershire Cricket’s strategy is a desire to develop and deliver programmes that are not only reflective of our community needs, but that also express the Club’s passion for making a difference to people’s lives.

As the official charity of Gloucestershire Cricket, the Gloucestershire Cricket Trust offers a portfolio of programmes in education and employability, health and well-being, sustainability and cricket activity.

The Gloucestershire Cricket Trust (GCT) will support a cross-section of society and seeks to develop an array of new and existing projects over the coming years. This will ultimately allow the Club’s Community department to delve deeper into our community’s needs and connect with a range of groups across the county.

Among the Trust’s central ambitions are its desire to champion causes in Bristol and across Gloucestershire that improve people’s wellbeing by enhancing social inclusion programmes in the county. It will also look to support less traditional approaches into the sport, allowing for the development of opportunities for more people to develop career pathways within the game of cricket.

  • To champion causes in Bristol & Gloucestershire that improve people’s wellbeing by enhancing social inclusion programmes countywide.
  • To support less traditional approaches into the game, allowing for more opportunities to develop career pathways.
  • To continue to educate ourselves and our communities about the importance of inclusion and diversity in all walks of life.
  • To partner effectively with other charitable and not-for-profit organisations, improving social impact.

Many of these events and sessions are designed to support either those from the local community attending, the charity or cause, or both.
