The Gloucestershire Cricket Lovers' Society run regular events at The Bristol County Ground from October through to April. Historically, guest speakers have included a former England Cricket Captain and a BBC Radio Test Match Special Commentator.

The talks take place on the second Monday of each month between  October and April, with the evenings getting underway at 7.30 pm.  There is an interval, during which the bar is open and a raffle is held.  The second half of the evening usually takes the format of a Q & A. Meetings usually finish at 9.30 pm.


Membership is just £20.00 for 7 meetings + a 'one off' Joining Fee of £2.00.

Guests and those wishing to attend individual meetings will be charged £5.00 per meeting.

9th December – Monte Lynch – Surrey and Gloucestershire

13th January – Paul Smith – Warwickshire

10th February – Brian Rose – Somerset and England

9th March – Wayne Larkins – Northants, Durham and England

6th April – AGM followed by Tatenda Taibu – Zimbabwe
