Blackstar Solutions continues as Gloucestershire's Boundary Partner for 2022

26 May 2022

Current telecommunications and limited overs boundary partner, Blackstar Solutions, are celebrating the continuation of their relationship with Glos for the 2022 season.

The Bristol-based company are in their second year of partnership with Glos and will this year, once again, have their logo appear during the live stream and on the big screen at Gloucestershire Cricket home match days in the Vitality Blast and Royal London Cup.

Gloucestershire kick-off their T20 Vitality Blast campaign today (Thursday 26 May) away at Middlesex before returning to Bristol tomorrow to host the visit of Sussex Sharks.

As the Club’s telecommunications specialist, Blackstar last year started a crucial modernisation project that included provision of landlines, mobiles and a new stadium phone solution, integrated with Microsoft Teams Voice.

Elliot Mace from Blackstar Solutions commented: “We can’t wait for the new limited overs tournaments to start. With so many big hitting names all back playing in the Blast this season there should be some spectacular shots being played and we’ll be excited to see as many as we can at the Seat Unique Stadium!”

Will Brown, Gloucestershire Cricket Chief Executive, added: “We're a huge supporter of local businesses and it's great to be working with Blackstar again for the 2022 season.

"We thank Blackstar for their great work in taking care of our telecommunications and hope they're as excited as we are for the T20 campaign getting underway."
