Gate Opening Times

For all Vitality County Championship matches in 2024, gates will open 1 hour before the start of play.

In 2024, gate opening times will vary for different competitions.

Blast* 2 hours before play
One Day Cup 1 hour before play
*Blast Double Header 1 hour before play

 

Entry Gates

Members and ticket holders will be able to enter the ground either via Ashley Down Road (BS7 9LU) or via Nevil Road (BS7 9EJ). On arrival, please have either a valid membership card or matchday ticket ready to scan. One of our friendly stewarding team will be ready to scan your card and ticket. There will be no entry permitted into the ground without a valid membership card or matchday ticket.

 

Bag searches

The Club reserves the right to conduct bag searches at the point of entry. No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the stadium. Any form of glass object or container as well as sharp items are prohibited. A full list of ground regulations can be found later in this pack.

 

On the day ticket sales

Please be aware that ticket sales on the day will only be available via the Nevil Road gate (BS7 9EJ). To avoid being asked to walk around the outside of the ground by our stewarding team, please arrive at the correct entrance gate to purchase matchday tickets.

 

On the day ticket collections

If you are collecting hospitality, complimentary or competition prize (including SKY rewards) tickets, please enter the ground via the Nevil Road entrance (BS7 9EJ) in order to collect your your tickets. 

 

Member Guest Passes

Members wishing to purchase Member Guest Passes on the day will only be able to do so from the Nevil Road entrance of the ground. If your guests do not have their tickets prior to arrival, we kindly ask that you enter at the Nevil Road entrance.

Member Guest Passes that have been issued prior to the day can be used to enter via either end of the ground and should be scanned in the normal fashion.

 

Buy in advance and save

For this match, you can make a £5 saving by purchasing in advance. We encourage all spectators wishing to attend to purchase tickets before the day. Not only are tickets cheaper, but it also helps the Club to plan the correct resources to ensure your experience of the Seat Unique Stadium is a positive one.

Free after Tea

Access to Vitality County Championship fixtures will be 'Free after Tea' once again in 2024. Spectators will be allowed 'Free Entry' once the players have returned to the field for the evening session. Spectators will be issued with a 'complimentary' ticket on entry.

This offer is available on condition that a combined total of 30 overs or more have been bowled in the first two sessons of each day. Gloucestershire Cricket reserve the right to remove this offer at any time if these conditions have not been met.

 

Seat allocation

All tickets for this match are unallocated, so you can choose where you wish to sit. We are sorry, but you are unable to reserve seats. May we take this opportunity to remind you that personal belongings must not be left unattended under any circumstances.

 

Low and No Alcohol Stand           

We have introduced a low alcohol and no alcohol blocks at the Seat Unique Stadium. Both of these block categories are situated within the Jack Russell Stand at the Ashley Down Road end of the ground. These blocks are available to all Members and ticket holders.

Prospects of play

In the likely event of inclement weather during the course of the season, please refer to the Club website or social media channels for the latest match updates. We politely ask that you do not telephone the Membership & Ticketing Office as information can change quickly. Don’t forget, the decision on play is made by the on-field umpires and not the officials of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
