If, for the day for which the ticket is valid (where the date of the match has changed this means the new date of the match), venues are unable to admit spectators for any reason (for example, due to COVID-19) OR play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) non admittance of spectators OR zero to 10 overs are played and no result is obtained - a full refund; (b) 10.1 overs to 20 overs are played and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.  In no other circumstances can money be refunded.  In respect of tickets purchased in advance for the day on which this ticket is valid, refunds will be made automatically by the host venue to the original purchaser only,  by refunding his or her debit or credit card.  Please allow 30 days from the match date for your refund to be processed.

ECB – Pitchsider and Betting Policy

In relation to the cricket match taking place at the ground, spectators are not permitted to use a mobile telephone, tablet, laptop, computer or other kind of communication device to either (i) communicate or in any way transmit any form of commentary, data or other material, for any kind of betting or corrupt or unlawful purpose; or (ii) conduct continuous betting trading activity.

ICC Anti-Discrimination Policy

It shall be a breach of the terms and conditions of entry to the venue for any ticket-holder to engage in any conduct (whether through the use of language, gestures or otherwise) which is likely to offend, insult, humiliate, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any other person (including players, match officials or spectators) on the basis of their race, religion, culture, colour, descent, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status and/or maternity status. Such action will not be tolerated and is likely to result in ejection from the venue, the imposition of other sanctions, such as being banned from the venue in the future and possible further action including criminal prosecution.

No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.

Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc., is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation.  All ground regulations apply.


GLOUCESTERSHIRE CCC VITALITY BLAST MATCH TICKET EXCHANGE / REFUND SCHEME 2021

If play is restricted or does not take place because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund of no more than the match ticket value subject to there being 9.5 overs or less. In no other circumstances can tickets be exchanged or money refunded.


Exchanges: Subject to the above, this ticket may be exchanged for a new ticket to any one day of a 2021 GCCC home game (subject to availability), excluding any play-off or final stages. To exchange the ticket your application must be made by email, attaching your e-ticket, with your name and address in block capitals and stating the date for which the new ticket is required, to tickets@glosccc.co.uk. Please send your request as soon as possible and allow at least seven days for your new ticket to be received. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the gate on a match day.

Refunds: Alternatively, subject to the above, you may claim a refund of up to the face value of the ticket, subject to an administration fee of £2.00 per application (this will be deducted from the refund). More than one ticket can be refunded per application; the refund will be only made to the original purchaser. To claim a refund you must send the e-ticket with your name and address in block capitals to the email address tickets@glosccc.co.uk and make sure the email arrives no later than 28 days after the match stated on the ticket. Any tickets purchased in advance by card will be refunded back to the original card subject to that card being valid.

Rollovers: Please note, You can also accept a rollover option to use on tickets in 2022, as per our refund policy, you will need to notify us on email.

All booking and administration fees are non-refundable.
