Club AGM 2024: Update

19 April 2024

The AGM will take place from 7pm on Monday 29th April in the Bristol Pavilion at the Seat Unique Stadium and will also be hosted online. A link to the meeting for those joining online will be made available on the day via email and on the website.

Whilst questions will be taken on the night it would be appreciated if questions (particularly from those planning to join online) could be sent through in advance to membership@glosccc.co.uk and no later than 5pm on Friday 26th April.

Entrance to the AGM (in-person and online) will be limited to members of the Club only and non-members will be refused entry.

Voting papers have been sent out to allow for the election of 2 members to the Executive Board of the Club. The constitution of the Club has strict rules as to which category of members are allowed to vote and that is limited to:

• Life members (including vice-presidents)
• Premier Club members (including Life/Premier Club members)
• Full members
• Young adult (16-24) members
• One Day members

Junior members and those who are members of BS7 gym are not eligible to vote (unless they are also members of the Club) and neither are current or former employees of the Club (incl. past officers and players) unless they hold membership of the Club that falls into one of the 5 categories listed above.

The election process is being run independently by the Club’s legal partners, Barcan + Kirby and all votes will be received and counted by them, independent of the Club. A pre-paid envelope has been provided with the ballot papers and any vote received after 5pm on Wednesday 24th April will not be counted.
