Cricket Wales East vs Gloucestershire U14's Development (Friendly)

Gloucestershire made the trip to Abergavenny CC, having a successful day out in the sun winning comfortably by 10 wickets. Cricket Wales East won the toss and elected to bat first.

Contributions with the ball from all of Gloucestershire bowlers helped dismiss Cricket Wales East for 63 all out in 24 overs. Jack Mitten, Miles Menon and Tiger Sherred-Isles all having an impact by taking wickets at regular intervals which led to an impressive bowling performance. Cricket Wales East did have a handy contribution from H Quereshi who hit 27 runs off 42 balls in an attempt to hold the innings together for the home side.

In reply, openers George Herring (39*) and Tiger Sherred Isles (20*) batted with great purpose and discipline to knock off the runs in 15 overs hitting 8 boundaries collectively to seal victory for the away side.
