Scoreboard update
21 August 2024
Visitors to the Seat Unique Stadium in recent weeks will have noticed the main scoreboard has been out of action due to technical difficulties.
The Club can confirm that, despite extensive attempts to fix the scoreboard and having sought advice from external providers, it is sadly beyond repair and must be replaced. Such a significant update to ground facilities will naturally take time and as a result, unfortunately won’t be completed before the end of Gloucestershire’s domestic cricket season next month.
Gloucestershire is working alongside the ECB to find a long-term solution for a replacement scoreboard and is committed to securing a replacement that will significantly enhance visitor experience next season and beyond.
The Club and the ECB will provide a suitable temporary solution to replace the current scoreboard which will be in operation ahead of the England Men vs Australia Men ODI at the Seat Unique Stadium on Sunday 29th September.
