Mustard leaves Gloucestershire
6 April 2018
Gloucestershire County Cricket Club announced today that Phil Mustard has left the Club by mutual agreement. Phil came to Gloucestershire on loan from Durham for the latter part of the 2016 season and signed for Gloucestershire at the end of that season. He was a regular player for Gloucestershire throughout 2017, taking on the captaincy for part of that time.
Phil Mustard commented:
“I would like to thank everyone at Gloucestershire CCC for the opportunity to represent the Club in 2016 and 2017. It has been an honour and something I have greatly enjoyed however both parties feel now is the right time to move in a different direction. I am now looking forward to my next challenge on the field with great excitement.”
The Club thanks Phil for his contribution and wishes him well for the future.
