Klinger signs up for Bangladesh Premier League
30 October 2017
Gloucestershire's one day captain Michael Klinger will play for the Khulna Titans in the 2017 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
The 37-year-old has received the green light to play in the five-and-a-half-week tournament from both the Western Australian Cricket Association and Cricket Australia, with the WACA confirming he remains a contracted player for the 2017-18 season.

Klinger, who hit 281 runs in the NatWest T20 Blast for Gloucestershire in 2017, has played 21 T20 innings in total this year, scoring a century and four fifties, all at a healthy strike-rate of 132.
Klinger will join a familiar face in the Khulna Titans lineup as Gloucestershire team-mate Benny Howell has already joined up with the Titans for a second stint, following his selection in 2016.
The BPL will be the perfect preparation for Klinger ahead of playing in Australia's Big Bash tournament with Perth Scorchers in December.
The Khulna Titans first game of the tournament takes place on Saturday 4 November.
