Gloucestershire v Somerset two-day fixture washed out as more rain strikes Bristol
31 March 2023
Gloucestershire’s final pre-season fixture against Somerset has been cancelled after significant rainfall in Bristol in the last fortnight has made the outfield unplayable.
Initially a three-day fixture, officials had already reduced the match length to two days in the hope of some play over the weekend.
Gloucestershire’s County Championship season begins next Thursday away to Glamorgan.
