Gloucestershire Cricket announce new sponsor deal

Gloucestershire County Cricket Club is pleased to announce it has strengthened its association with Manor Scrap who have upgraded their support for the Club by becoming an Official Shirt Advertising Sponsor. For the 2012 season, the Manor Scrap logo will take pride of place on the left collar of all Twenty20 shirts for both players and replica kit sales.
Established in 1974, Manor Scrap is a family-run scrap merchant and metal recycling centre, based in Bristol. They have on-site tipping facilities for ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and also have a commercial skip service.
Peter Newland, Managing Director of Manor Scrap said: “We wish Gloucestershire County Cricket Club all the best for the 2012 season. We are pleased and excited to become shirt sponsors this year. We are all looking forward to supporting the Club this season.”
Tim Davies, GCCC’s Commercial Director, added: “We are delighted that Manor Scrap has become an official shirt sponsor for 2012. Gloucestershire Cricket will host five Friends Life Twenty20 (FLt20) homes matches at the County Ground, Bristol from Thursday 14 June through to Thursday 5 July. Twenty20 is an action packed form of cricket which can be enjoyed by every generation.
