Gloucestershire County Cricket Club – CEO Recruitment Process

The process to appoint the next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club (GCCC) is underway. The CEO will report to the Chair and will be accountable to the GCCC Board for the origination, implementation and execution of the strategy for the Club.
The CEO will define, drive, inspire, and champion the Club’s Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values. The candidate will be required to embody GCCC’s: Mission “To sustain, develop and grow Gloucestershire County Cricket Club in order to be successful in the enterprise of cricket”; Purpose “Inspire and connect our community through cricket”; and Vision “Set the standard of a thriving, progressive cricket club”.
The purpose of the CEO is to provide executive leadership to the Management Team to ensure that GCCC is commercially successful and operated in as efficient and effective manner as possible. The CEO will need to be a natural team-player, highly collaborative, and someone who strives towards excellence on-and-off the field of play.
The CEO will need to have a demonstrable track record of senior executive experience, with a track record of delivering commercial performance and developing high performing teams.

Location: The Seat Unique Stadium in Bristol.
