Club statement: clarification on Project Grace article

A ‘News in Brief’ article appeared in the media over the weekend concerning the status of a possible ground move for GCCC.

The Club wishes to clarify, contrary to what appeared in the short article, that its stated strategic aim has not changed – it has tasked a project group to explore options to move to a new site away from Nevil Road. The Club are continuing to actively look at these options.

For the avoidance of doubt, there are no material developments at present with this project; we will of course inform Members, local residents and other key stakeholders if and when this situation changes.
