2020 End of Year Review – Out Now

Gloucestershire Cricket have released a review of 2020 narrated by CEO Will Brown, Head Coach Richard Dawson and a selection of players.

The story of the year delves into the ups and downs of the cricket season as well as the impact that COVID-19 had on the Club.

2020 saw the introduction of the Bob Willis Trophy, a one-off first-class tournament in a shortened red-ball season. Gloucestershire also reached Finals Day of the Vitality Blast for the first time since 2007 under new captain Jack Taylor.

The film aims to bring to life the emotions of this unprecedented season and share insights from the players into what happened on and off the field in what was supposed to be Gloucestershire’s special 150th anniversary year.

The 20-plus minute film was written and directed by Shane McGannon, James Herrington and Neil Priscott and was shot, produced and edited by Bristol based production company Woven Films.
