Our group exercise classes are designed to meet all requirements from beginners to advanced. There are a variety of classes throughout the year including:
BODY CONDITIONING
Toning for the whole body. With the motivation of the music and the help of some weights, these exercises will focus on working all the key muscles in your body.
BOXERCISE
One of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
CIRCUITS
An energetic class packed with short bursts of different exercises. Add to this, music and the motivation of the instructor and you're sure to get the most out of this all round workout.
EQUILIBRIUM
A mind body class to improve flexibility, muscle tone, core strength and posture in a way that’s relevant to modern day demands.
PILATES (6 week course)*
Pilates concentrates on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and strong muscles. It's gentle but highly effective for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.
INDOOR CYCLING
A mixed intensity stationary cycling programme that is great for burning calories and promoting cardiovascular fitness. It is led by an instructor accompanied by upbeat music.
YOGA
Breathing and stretching exercise to improve posture, flexibility & relaxation.
MUMS BUMS & TUMS (6 week course)*
A class especially for mums who feel they are now ready to re-gain their shape and re-energise themselves.
Run by a pre & post natal qualified instructor, the course concentrates on toning & strengthening problem areas such as your bum & tum etc. Babies are welcome & can be included in the class.
