GCCC propose constitutional changes
Gloucestershire County Cricket Club are advising their members of a proposed revised constitution. All GCCC members are being sent details of the proposed changes inviting them to submit a postal ballot ahead of the Club AGM in January.
The revised constitution is the result of a review of the Club’s existing constitution and rules leading to recommendations made by the Chief Executive and other members of the Club’s Executive Board and further debate and discussion by the Executive Board. The intention behind this exercise is to ensure that the constitution and rules of the Club are appropriate for the Club in its current guise and that will serve us from 2011 and beyond.
