Role: right-arm seamer, left-handed batsman

Will signed a two-year contract with the club in September 2010, having previously been with Durham. An outstanding debut season with Gloucestershire in 2011 saw him achieve the all-rounder’s double of 1,000 first class runs and 50 wickets. His summer was crowned when he was named the club’s Player-of-the-Season.

Will was on Gloucestershire's books until joining Durham in 2006 where most of his first team experience came in one-day games, although he did make a first class appearance against Sri Lanka A in 2007. He played in 18 List A games for Durham, taking 19 wickets at an average of 22.

He made his County Championship debut for Gloucestershire at the start of the 2011 season and went on to score 1,006 runs in the competition at an average of 45.72, while also taking 51 wickets at 21.33 apiece.

Despite a lengthy spell on the injured list in 2012, Will took 44 more Championship wickets in 11 games to top the club’s bowling averages.
