Michael signed a two-year contract in November 2010, an initial summer deal for 2011, which will continue into a full-time professional contract for the 2012 season
Michael said “I am really excited about the opportunity that has been given to me by Gloucestershire and I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead. I would like to thank Owen Dawkins, who I worked with over four years in the Academy. He has helped develop my game a long way.”
