Friends Life t20
2012 saw another exciting season of Friends Life t20 cricket with Gloucestershire qualifying for the quarter finals with their final group game.
This shorter form of cricket has proved a great hit with cricket supporters and newcomers to the game alike. It is a lively atmosphere with big hits, loud music and non stop action. Matches typically last just less than 3 hours for both innings including an interval, so perfect entertainment for an afternoon or an evening.
A highlight each year is the big derby match against local rivals Somerset.
For each home match Gloucestershire organise free cricket activities for children at the ITEC Coaching Zone and Gloucestershire players are happy to sign autographs after the match.
