What does being in the academy involve?	It involves a lot of hard work and determination but it is an enjoyable environment to be in.
What does being in the academy mean to you?	I am proud to have the opportunity to work in an environment which gives me the best chance to achieve my goal of playing professionally. It is the first step on the ladder to becoming a professional cricketer.
What would it mean to you to play for your country at the County Ground, Bristol?	To play at Bristol for England would be brilliant. It would be a great honour to play for England at my home county's ground and would be the best way to thank the club for all of the time & effort they had spent on helping me reach the very top of the game.
