What does being in the academy involve?	100% commitment and hard work in order to reach my ultimate goal of becoming a professional cricketer.
What does being in the academy mean to you?	It's a lifelong ambition to be involved with a first class county and I will give 100% effort and commitment to achieve my goals. It also gives me the opportunity to work with a number of excellent coaches.
What would it mean to you to play for your country at the County Ground, Bristol?	It would be an honour to play for England at Bristol as it would be the ultimate thank you to all the coaches involved with my development.
