Function Suites

The Grace Room
This stylish room in the Pavilion, with private bar and dance floor is ideal for a Family Party, Club Dinner or Christmas Party.

It will seat 150 guests on round tables with stunning views over the cricket pitch.

The Gladiator Suite
Our newest suite in the Pavilion for up to 100 guests.

The Hammond Room
This ground floor room with bar and dance floor is ideal for a summer party, BBQ or Children’s party as the doors open directly on to the concourse around the ground, enabling the outside space to be used during the event.

The Jack Russell Suite
This elegant room, decorated with photos and memorabilia for our former player is perfect for a family lunch or dinner and will seat 30 guests comfortably.

We can help with sourcing entertainment as required and there is complimentary parking in the ground for all your guests.

Christmas
Book your company Christmas Party at GCCC, exclusive use of private room from 50 to 150 guests, bar, dancing, theming, parking, delicious food from a range of menus, it couldn’t be easier!

Team Building
The Sports Hall can be hired by the hour for badminton, soccer, basketball, cricket, team games and activities.

There are tennis and squash courts with outside space for games, exercises, coaching etc.
