Here at The County Ground we have wonderful facilities for all to use.
There are 9 conference suites overlooking the cricket pitch
There is a large Sports Hall
There are outside spaces  for BBQ’s or activities
There is free car parking within the ground
Conference Rooms
We have 3 large rooms with a max. capacity of 150 theatre style and 6 other rooms of varying size. Most are located within the Grace Pavilion on the east side of the ground and are ideal for that large meeting with syndicate rooms. They can be set up in a variety of styles, all have natural daylight and disabled access.
Conference Equipment
Please let us know your equipment requirement so we can develop an individual package for you. For more technical events we would be happy to arrange a site visit with our audio/visual support team to talk through the requirements. Most audio and visual equipment are available on request. We can even arrange for a technician to be on site throughout the event to ensure no problems occur.

Broadband is available in all meeting rooms. Please contact our conference team for further information.
Room Hire Prices
Room Hire prices start from £150 and includes free car parking. Our day delegate rates start at £27 per person including VAT (based on 10 delegates). Audio visual equipment is available on request.
We would be delighted to provide you with a tailor-made delegate package to meet your specific requirements. Our professional approach and attention to detail will ‘take the strain’ and enable you to concentrate on your delegates arrival and comfort for the day.
Team Building Events
You can use our venue and grounds to add an extra direction to your meeting or event. At the County Ground our unique facilities give you the opportunity to create a day to remember for your guests using the cricket pitch, tennis courts and sports hall. We can arrange an activity based on ‘kwik’ cricket, football, badminton, volley ball, croquet, tennis or why not contact our Conference and Events team to create your own team building programme.
