Cameron Bancroft made his strongest case yet for an Ashes call up, with a stunning performance for Western Australia at the WACA Ground.
Bancroft batted throughout day one and two against South Australia in the Sheffield Shield, to finish 228 not out.

Bancroft faced 351 balls, and hit twenty-two 4’s and three 6’s along the way.
Following a number of impressive performances in recent matches, Bancroft has been pushed as a candidate by his state coach Justin Langer.
The first Test begins on 23 November at The Gabba in Brisbane.
